• Sections 5 & 6 – Shareholder Information. Shareholders can be Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents or Foreigners. If there is a third or more shareholder, please contact us directly.
• Item 7 - "Share Structure" recommends the simplest approach: the number of shares issued is the same as the amount of money, with each share being worth one Singapore dollar.
• Item 9 - Financial Year, suggests that the company's first financial year should be approximately 12 months.
